Dropping off your vehicle for service has never been easier with our hassle-free drop-off process:

  1. Park and Lock: Securely park and lock your vehicle in our designated area.
  2. Fill Out Information: Open the fold-down box on the wall, fill out an envelope with your and your vehicle’s information.
  3. Drop Off: Place your key in the envelope and drop it into the slot on the corner of the building.

This ensures a smooth and secure handover of your vehicle, even if you need to drop it off outside our regular business hours.

Convenient Pick-Up After Hours Using Key Box

Picking up your vehicle after hours is straightforward with our key box service:

  1. Payment: Ensure your invoice is paid in full.
  2. Notify Us: Let A&J staff know you want to pick up your vehicle after hours.
  3. Vehicle Parking: We will leave your vehicle parked in the front parking lot and lock it.
  4. Receive Lockbox Details: Our staff will text or call you with the lockbox number and code.
  5. Retrieve Keys: When you arrive, enter the code from top to bottom on the designated key box and spin the dial to open the box and retrieve your keys.

This service allows you to collect your vehicle at your convenience, even when our shop is closed.
